Michael’s English Original Muffins goes through a 12–24-hour fermentation process, there are no preservatives used. Our muffins are made in the traditional way; fresh, in small batches on a griddle, and sure to please. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Often described as a donut without sugar. Great toasted with jam and butter, but they also make the best burger buns. Eat fresh or freeze.
