Michael’s English Original Muffins goes through a 12–24-hour fermentation process, there are no preservatives used. Our muffins are made in the traditional way; fresh, in small batches on a griddle, and are sure to please. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Often described as a donut without sugar. Great toasted with jam and butter, or create a French toast muffin to enhance your breakfast. Our Sweet Potato flour is scoured locally and made in NC. Eat fresh or freeze.
